SHIPPING POLICY: Custom bracelet orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 3 business days of purchase. In-stock items will be processed and shipped the same day from Cicero, Indiana, USA, for orders received before Noon EST. Please note that shipping is only available within the United States, and international orders cannot be processed at this time. You will receive shipping confirmations via email with USPS tracking information. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms the package is marked as “DELIVERED” to the address provided at checkout. For any issues, please contact USPS for assistance.

RETURNS POLICY: In-stock items purchased at full price and returned within 7 days of receipt will qualify for a product-only refund (or replacement) to the original method of payment. Please note that the refund excludes any shipping fees.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL after 7 days of receipt. Custom bracelet orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
