We're based in Cicero, Indiana USA - It is our goal to ship all orders Monday through Friday within 24 hrs of purchase. We currently ship only within the United States, international orders are not available for processing at this time.
- All orders placed by Noon EST will have same-day processing*,
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages should tracking confirm package “DELIVERED” to the address provided at checkout. Please contact USPS for assistance. 

* Exceptions include weekends, observed holidays and promotional sales where delays may occur.

Shipping confirmations will be e-mailed with USPS tracking information.  

RETURNS:  Items purchased at full price and returned within 7 days of receipt will be issued a product only refund (or replacement) to the original method of payment. We will make every effort to fulfill your request.  ALL SALES FINAL after 7 days of receipt.

Everyone has different sensitivities to metals depending on their body’s chemistry. Literally, everyone is different.  If you are sensitive to metals we do not recommend plated or non-precious metal jewelry.  

Not all types of jewelry are meant to be worn everyday, therefore jewelry can tarnish with wear or when in contact with various liquids. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry and will work hard to remedy the situation to the best of our abilities.

We curate collections from all over the world. Should damage occur, we are unable to guarantee an identical replacement. We will work diligently to find a comparable item or refund if we are notified within our 7 day return period.
